Jeff Greenwald was a promising junior, talented enough to go pro, but he’d lose it in a match.  So he went on to get a masters in sports psychology, and as an adult, he won the USTA National Championship 40 & Up.

He now helps athletes perform under pressure, and we worked together to create “Match Rescue,” which allows you to snap out of a mental funk after you miss a few shots so their talent doesn’t get wasted by a poor competitive mindset.

We asked singles players what was stopping them from getting to the net and putting away more volleys and overheads, and then we asked Martina Navratilova to solve them.
